I am pleased to write this letter of appreciation and recommendation for Mrs. Ksenia, who has been an exceptional contributor to our school community. Although she initially joined us as a parent, her involvement and support — particularly within the Early Years department — have gone far beyond that role.

With her deep knowledge and specialization in Montessori Education, Mrs. Ksenia generously volunteered her time to train our Early Years teachers. Her training sessions on Preparing and Organizing the Classroom Environment and Observation Techniques were thoughtfully delivered and had a meaningful impact. Through her guidance, our teachers gained a clearer understanding of how to create purposeful learning environments and how to observe children in ways that support individualized learning and holistic development.

Mrs. Ksenia’s passion for education is matched by her kindness and warmth. She is always open to sharing her insights and experiences, and I personally have benefited greatly from our conversations — especially in understanding the development of children aged 0–3 within the Montessori philosophy. Her ability to listen deeply and provide thoughtful feedback is something I have greatly appreciated.

Additionally, Mrs. Ksenia and I both took part in an intensive Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training. Her practice of NVC principles further demonstrates her commitment to fostering respectful, empathetic, and supportive relationships, not only with children but with adults as well. Her presence brought a sense of calm, reflection, and genuine care to our team.

Mrs. Ksenia’s contributions have made a lasting impression on our school. She brings not only a wealth of knowledge but also a generous spirit and a collaborative mindset. I have no doubt that any organization or community would benefit from her presence and dedication.
